The EOI form will not only help curate the festival but help us with the marina plan and work on the logistics needed, identify media stories, create the information boards for each vessel, help us understand who is attending and send an invitation for the Boat Owners function etc.

Completing this form does not guarantee confirmation of acceptance.  Due to the high level of interest, we work with a selection panel made up of experienced, independent classic boat enthusiasts who will assess each application.

This process supports the festival team to ensure the festival is a celebration of the boats, their custodians, the skilled craftsman, sailors and enthusiasts who laid the foundation of New Zealand’s maritime tradition, and the generations that followed them.

Once the Selection Panel has reviewed your expression of interest, you will be notified of the offer to participate in the festival or, you will be invited to join a wait-list.
